Black Republicans: Where Are They At National Republican Convention?

As you watch the Republican Convention what strikes me in contrast to last weeks Democratic National Convention, is the total lack of diversity. You see a sea of all white faces. This looks nothing like the real America. But it is clearly an America that some 40 Black Republicans attendies are very confortable with.

Since the 1930s, most African Americans have cast their ballots for the Democratic Party. But the party of Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass offers a platform that some black voters find appealing.
