The History Channel recently featured a special that uses propped up science to bolster a lie that the Schroud of Turnin that depicts Jesus as white, is real, there for Jesus must have been white, blond and blue eyed.
Despite all of the undisputed scientific proof and biblical facts showing otherwise, here's another example of the insidiousness of white supremacy at work in the media.
The History Channel has shown what people of color and especially Black people have seen through out history, the desire by some not to let the facts get in the way of their version of history.
Here's My Proof that Jesus and Most biblical characters were black. Can you prove me wrong?
Don't take this as afrocentricity it's truth...I know some will say what does it matter, but the truth always matters...Going by history books you would believe that blacks contributed nothing to civilization when they in fact started the whole thing...The original bible is "The Book of the Dead" by the Egyptians...same story's and characters different names...
Ham is the father of the black race his 4 sons were Cush (Ethiopia), Mizraim (Egypt), Phut (Libya), and Canaan (middle east)...Todays middle east is not the same as biblical times... Ethiopia itself stretched well into the present day middle east...In biblical times the whole area was a melting pot between Hamitic people(blacks) and Semitic people(arabs)...Jesus was a descendant of these people...Jewish is not a race but a religion...Jesus regardless of admixture by todays terms would be called black...All of the ancient portraits and statues of the Virgin Mary and Jesus have them portrayed as black it was not until later when white Jesus and Mary show up...look for yourself:

Jesus had dark skin and possessed a pure wool texture of hair which are defining traits of blacks.
GOD told Joseph to hide Jesus in Egypt amongst black Egyptians...Wouldn't he stick out there?...The same for Moses he was raised as and thought to be an Egyptian...
A white Jewish anthropologist named Maurice Fishberg in an article he wrote called "The Jews: A Study of Race and Environment" stated that the Ancient Hebrews possessed largely black features such as woolly hair, dark skin, thick lips that folded, large heads, and projecting jaws...
The derogatory term "Aunt Jemima" comes from Jobs daughter named Jemima, who was in the bible described along with her sisters, as being the most beautiful women of their era.

Jesus was a Jew, born of the Spirit of God through the vessel Mary who was in fact a Nazarene recorded in the census of the time being of Bethlehem. She was a Jew, and by an accurate account would have looked in her physical body exactly like her people. Logically Jesus must have carried with Him in His physical body much of her characteristics and basic genetic makeup.
Jesus carrying the Blood of God within Him could have looked like any one of the races, but more than likely looked like a mixture of them. I would say he was not fully black, but especially NOT anglosaxon white either. He looked alot like the Jews of His time. It would be equivalent to saying He looked like a blackish/arabish fellow with tanned sunbeaten skin, woolish hair, but otherwise very plain.
Why does most religion push this bleached version of Jesus' face and person? I don't fully know, but it's not accurate. Honestly, pushing in the opposite direction is not much better though.
At least we all can agree that Jesus was a Jew, and not a very handsome one either. His spiritual and proverbial face is much more interesting to percieve.
