This speech was said to have been delivered by Willie Lynch on the banks of the James River in the colony of Virginia in 1712. Lynch was a British slave owner in the West Indies. He was invited to the colony of Virginia in 1712 to teach his methods to slave owners there.
Dr. Ray Hagins of the Afrikan Village and Cultural Center in St. Louis delivers the details of the Willie Lynch letter that tells slave holders how to divide slaves among skin color and cross breed them with whites so that a new race of people is created that is no longer a threat.
